Multiado's "Ecommerce store" is a unique element of the world's greatest marketing software. You may use the feature to establish a virtual store that will open in both Messenger and the browser. It will supply two QR codes after you create your store: a Messenger QR code and a Browser QR code. Your virtual store opens inside your messenger or on your browser as soon as your consumers scan the QR code. Customers can enter your store directly thanks to QR codes.
You may construct both an ecommerce store and a restaurant meal ordering system with the Multiado Ecommerce functionality. Restaurant food orders can be placed for home delivery or for delivery to a specific counter or table within the restaurant. All options are available to establish the Ecommerce store or restaurant of your dreams.

In this blog, I'll let you how to use Multiado to construct an ecommerce store that works both inside Messenger and in browsers.
Making a store:
To begin, you must first build a store on the Ecommerce store's interface and then add products to the store. Then you must make some adjustments in order for your virtual store to function effectively.
To begin, navigate to the Multiado Dashboard's left side and select the Ecommerce store.
When you click the Ecommerce store button, the Ecommerce store's interface will display, with a Create store button at the top.
To create a store, go to the Create store page and fill out the form, which includes choosing a Facebook Page, providing some basic information about your business, putting down the Terms of Service and Refund Policy, and uploading the logo and favicon.
There is a specific box named local on the form. When you click on the box, a drop-down selection of languages will appear; choose one from this list. The language you choose will be used to open your ecommerce business. If you choose English, for example, your Ecommerce store will appear in English to your consumers.
Click the Create Store button once you've finished filling out the form.
Settings for check-out:
You must now create a checkout configuration for your shop. PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Razorpay, Paystack, SSLCOMMERZ, and Mercado pago have all been incorporated into Multiado's Ecommerce shop so that your customers may effortlessly pay using these ways. It also accepts manual payments and cash-on-delivery services.
You may now create a unique checkout configuration for each store.
Click on ‘Checkout settings' > fill out the checkout integration form with your account details to make a checkout configuration.
You will be given a payment choice throughout the checkout process. Allow any online payment options and manual checkout for your store from here. By default, ‘Cash on Delivery' is activated. The ‘Currency and Label' option will appear after that. Choose your currency from the drop-down menu.
Then you'll notice three radio buttons in a row labelled "Right alignment," "Two decimal," and "Display comma." Hover your cursor over the tooltips of the buttons to learn more about their functions. Then there was the Tax and Delivery option. You must enter the tax amount as a percentage and the delivery charge here.
You can enable/disable the Store Pickup and Home delivery option.
You can disable the ‘Store Pickup' option if you don't have a physical store. If, on the other hand, you have a physical store but do not want to transport your products to customers' homes, you must disable the ‘Home Delivery' option. However, if you have a physical location and provide home delivery, you should activate both the ‘Store Pickup' and ‘Home Delivery' options.
If you enable the ‘Store Pickup’ button, the clients receive the products directly from your store. On the other hand, if you disable the ‘Store Pickup’ button, you have to provide a delivery address.
Preparation time: For all items, you can choose the preparation time. The feature is useful for a restaurant's digital menu because most of the restaurant's food items must be created after an order has been made. Of course, if some of your products are in the godown and not in the outlet, you can utilise the option for your outlet. So you'll need some time to get the goods from your warehouse to your store. You can set the preparation time for the products in this case.
Scheduled order is a feature that you can enable or disable. You can provide a time frame for schedule order if you allow it.
You must first enable the planned order by turning on the radio button. After that, click the box to bring up a list of timeframes. Now choose a timeframe that suits your needs.
Preference for login: You can allow or deactivate Guest purchase in this section. If you allow ‘Guest purchase,' anyone can visit your store or digital menu of your restaurant on the browser and buy things or place food orders without having to join up or log in.
If you enable the 'Delivery note' button, your customers can send you a delivery note with instructions on how they want the package delivered.
By blocking and enabling various radio buttons, you can control which fields your clients must enter in the delivery address. You don't need to bother your consumers to provide their countries, states, or cities if you know their location. If you're unsure about your consumers' location, though, let them fill out their actual addresses. So, as you see fit, enable and disable them.
Now click on the Save button.
